Otherwise, build bonus (each advance is worth 10K) - a two step process

1. First qualify cards (A K Q J 10) by rolling over star rollovers or through the top lanes and upper right stand up target (10)

2. Collect lit cards at the 5-bank stand up targets or the in-lanes, middle right lane, and stand up target (Ace). Each collected card advances bonus

Collecting all cards lights the captive ball for double bonus

Bonus is only awarded at the end of the ball and has no carry over
