Play Love Gun Multiball on repeat, work a mode in to get a 2X playfield. Avoid shooing the Demon head, ejects are draingerous.
No skill shots in the game - although you can soft plunge to trigger the right orbit switch if helpful
🥇Love Gun MB:
Hit enough STAR targets in the Starchild area of the PF, once progress bar is full MB is ready to start
Start with right ramp shot (lit purple), or getting into Starchild saucer
Starts as a 2-ball MB
Pro: Hit one of the Starchild targets to get hurry-up value and add a 3rd ball to play
Prem/LE: Ball held behind Starchild drop target, hit the target to award hurry up, set JP value, and release 3rd ball into play.
All shots lit for JP. After first made shot, that shot is now lit for double JP
Complete all shots for both JP and double JP to light right ramp for triple JP, then super JP at Starchild shot (50M base).
Game rewards combos, so use center ramp (easiest shot) to complete a combo. Scoring is 1M times the number of shots in the combo.
There are 15 different city combos
Scoop is a tight shot, and safer as a backhand
Choose a mode (song) at the start of the game before the plunge - modes are untimed
completing a song awards playfield X until the end of the ball (2X, 3X, 5X, 10X)
⭐️Deuce (8 shots): is a good starting mode, two shots move from left to right. Once shots have moved to the right spam center ramp to finish mode. (300K x shots made)
Hotter than hell (8 shots): Good to stack with MB. Alternate between K I S S targets and lit major shot (250k x shots made)
⭐️Lick It Up (8 shots): Good early mode. Hit one of two lit shots, always neighboring shots (250k x shots made)
Shout It Out Loud (8 shots): Good early mode. Center, orbits, STAR targets, right ramp, and demon
Detroit Rock City (9 shots): Good to stack with MB. All shots lit until 1 made, then only 1 shot lit worth double - after hitting 6 shots, all will relight and you need to hit 3 more to finish. (200k x shots made)
Rock & Roll All Night (9 shots): Center ramp to start, then right loop, shoot 1 of two lit shots on left, then 1 of two lit shots on right, then 1 of three lit shots on left, and then 1 of three lit shots on right. Then hit 3 more alternating left and right shots to finish (500k x shots made)
Love It Loud (10 shots):
Phase 1 - Hit both orbits to light 4 other shots
Phase 2 - Shoot 8 lit shots, last hit shot is no longer lit, relights others.
Black Diamond (9 shots): Shoot right orbit to set value and enter pops, pops determine which shot is lit next. Can shoot lit shoot repeatedly as long as pops don't change it. (300k x shots made)
After mode completion prioritize shooting the scoop to get the next mode running.
Modes started will carry over to next ball if not completed
Spell K I S S on left bank to enable left out lane ball save
Left in-lane lights Army combo, right in-lane lights Kiss combo, shoot the flashing shot to instantly complete targets and increase Bonus X
If you complete either A R M Y or K I S S banks, the center ramp is lit for a hurry up, starts at 1M and increase for each one.
It also lights the scoop for backstage pass mystery award
Complete both K I S S and A R M Y targets to light 2X at next shot (white light) made for remainder of ball.
Demon MB:
Complete two green targets to either side of Gene's mouth (Demon) to light lock at the mouth
Alternatively, spell D E M O N by shooting Gene's mouth - also advances JP by 500K value
Three locked balls starts MB
Hitting both green lock targets during MB will enable 20-sec hold at Demon and a 2X PF multiplier, do it again within 20 secs for 3X multiplier.
All major shots are JP, but can only be hit twice until double JP achieved (see below)
Collect 5 JP to make the next a super JP
Collecting 2 Super JP lights strobing shot for double JP and resets all JP shots, lights Double Super JP at Gene's mouth.
During Demon MB, locking 1/2 of the balls back into the mouth awards 2X/3X for 20 seconds (stack additively with playfield X)
Note: Shot and PF multipliers stack multiplicatively
Collect instruments by shooting the right ramp and hitting the lit shot, not timed and can stack all 4 instruments lit at shots.
Collect 4 for EB
Collect 6 for KISS Army mini wizard mode at the spaceman shot
Collect 12 for Rock City Wizard mode at the spaceman shot
