During MB you have to "get up to speed" by shooting right ramp, display shows progress
Red Light MB
Shoot any shot to change the traffic signal
During MB, green and yellow lights are JPs
Completing all red signal lights qualifies big traffic signal for super JP
All shots add miles toward the next city, each city gives award, getting to Milwaukee starts final mode
The higher the speed you shoot the ramp, the more miles awarded (fastest ramp record kept)
When entering a new city, shoot the traffic signal to collect a patch which adds to JP values
