Strategy

Choose Quill's Quest before plunge, shoot yellow shots to complete while qualifying Groot and Orb MB. Proceed to Sibling Rivalry or Knowhere, if in MB start Yuma Arrow and allow ball saves to launch into pops. Complete 4 modes to light Cherry Bomb MB at right scoop

Ruleset

❗️Make modes not multiballs for points, half of points from a finished mode go to bonus and carry over

Start with Quill’s Quest - 2 ball MB mode

  • Meta strat: Trap both balls and time out Quill's Quest, then use 2 balls to bang away on Groot MB

Can also start with Sibling Rivalry or Knowhere modes

❗️Yuma Arrow with MB, let 2 balls drain to feed to pops to complete mode

Groot MB

  • hitting Groot to open mouth to qualify lock at same shot, lock 3 balls to start MB

  • Completed mode shot during Groot MB is 5X

Orb MB

Start orb MB by hitting drop target then hit standup behind it to collect an orb. 3 collects starts MB. Hit orb target again to add 3rd ball

  • During MB, use time to pick off Hydron enforcer shots (5 yellow lamps around the PF - awards 3 smart bombs (spot a shot), use during modes not Groot MB

  • Shoot orb shoot then ramp shot while in MB

  • During either above MB, mystery award at the scoop is an add-a-ball

Completing 5 orange rollovers (2 upper lanes, 2 left inlanes, 1 right inlane) will flash green X lights for double value shot.

Light outline ball save by hitting standup targets on the sides of Groot

Modes

  • Mode timer and mode progress shown in top left corner of display

  • After completing a mode, start next mode at scoop on right

  • Left orbit is worth a completed shot, making combs is 2X shot value

  • Mode timer continuously runs, skip videos and animation

  • Choose short duration modes when hadron is lit (shown in upper left corner of display)

  • Starting 3 modes lights EB at scoop

  • 🥇 Quill's Quest (apricot)- 2 ball MB - shoot any lit arrow, flashing worth more

  • Sibling Rivalry (green): 10 ramps to complete, if completed shoot right ramp to collect all the points again

  • Knowehere (red) - make 8 ramps or orbits, orbits worth more

  • Pod Chase (blue): make 10 lit ramps to complete - shoot scoop for upgrade

  • Sanctuary (yellow): shoot lit standup, left orbit lights next target - has to be completed all in one attempt

  • Yaka Arrow (white): shoot for pops, every 10 spots a shot - if in MB, let balls drain to get pops from plunge - if completed shoot far left lane (Yondu shot) to collect all points again

  • Antiquities (cyan): requires 7 shots, every 20 switches counts as a shot

  • Escape Kyln (orange): 7 shots, all lanes, Groot, and Rocket shots
